In the event of litigation, the onus is increasingly on the employer
to demonstrate that it took all reasonable steps to ensure the
integrity of its staff. ISA conducts pre-employment screening
that offers a cost-effective means of verifying credentials
and the reputation of both prospective and existing employees.

Criminal
Records Search
A criminal records search provides a hiring department with felony
and misdemeanor conviction records. This is essential information
that will help a company avoid legal liability due to negligent
hiring. Searches can be done statewide or countywide, based on
the prospective applicant's previous residential and employment
address history.
This is a necessary report for people who will be working with
money, valuable inventory or sensitive proprietary information.

of the applicant. [back to top]
