Criminal Records Search
A criminal records search provides a hiring department with felony and misdemeanor conviction records. This is essential information that will help a company avoid legal liability due to negligent hiring. Searches can be done statewide or countywide, based on the prospective applicant's previous residential and employment address history.

This is a necessary report for people who will be working with money, valuable inventory or sensitive proprietary information. [back to top]

Prior Employment Verification

This report may reveal whether a candidate is eligible for rehire or has been released from any of their past jobs. This information will enable the employer to determine the applicant's suitability for the position and discover any misrepresentations on behalf of the applicant. [back to top]

In-depth Interviews
In-depth interviews conducted by ISA personnel who have extensive investigative experience. In conjunction with the interview, a comprehensive exam is given to evaluate risk factors in the areas of honesty, drugs and attitudes towards management. On site drug tests and credit checks are conducted. Results are available the same day, with the exception of the criminal record search. This service is recommended for applicants who will be working in positions of trust or have access to inventory. [back to top]
